Today in my email I received a coupon for 2 free meals at Houlihan's for tonight only. How I would love to put my ribs on hold for a night a run right over there for dinner.
This is exactly why I started this blog to make myself accountable! I can do it!

Four meals is a manageable number to plan, shop, and prepare in a week. With leftovers and quick make meals (sandwiches, frozen meals) along with the occasional treat of going out, this will round out the week nicely!
