A Night Out

We have had such nice sunny weather here in Indiana today. It was a welcome change from our snowy gray days. We all played outside and then had to run some errands this evening. We decided to take advantage of the 'Kids Eat Free' at Steak n' Shake.

I have a few ideas for meals in the upcoming days. I'm going to make a whole roasted chicken tomorrow evening and then use the leftover chicken to make a casserole. Later in the week I will make a chuck roast with veggies.
